Kingdom Hearts 3 will be out January 29, 2019 – Update
Kingdom Hearts 3 will be available on January 29, 2019. That is a year later than previously indicated, for which the developer apologizes. Several trailers will also be shown during the course of the E3 game fair in Los Angeles.
Through the official Kingdom Hearts Twitter account, developer Square Enix Business Division 3 makes it news known. Further information and footage about the game will no doubt follow during the Square Enix livestream, which starts on Monday, June 11 at 7:00 PM.
Kingdom Hearts 3, the final installment of the so-called Dark Seeker saga, will use the fourth version of the Unreal Engine developed by Epic Games. There will be a release for both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Kingdom Hearts 3 was first revealed at E3 in 2013. Part 3’s story technical predecessor, Kingdom Hearts 2, was released in the west in 2006.
Update, 11:00 PM: A new trailer for the game was shown during the Xbox E3 press conference.
