Lords of the Fallen successor coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Epic in 2026
The successor to Lords of the Fallen will be released in 2026. The game will be released for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Epic Games holds exclusive worldwide distribution rights for the PC version.
According to a report obtained by the Polish financial news site Banker The console version of the Lords of the Fallen sequel will be published by CI Games, while distribution rights for the PC version will be owned by Epic Games for 'lifecycle'. It appears that the PC version of the successor will be available exclusively through the Epic Games Store, and not through other providers such as Steam. However, no final agreement has yet been concluded between the two parties.
The original Lords of the Fallen was released in October 2023. In the first ten days of release, the game sold 1 million copies. Although the arrival of the sequel was not yet confirmed, it was announced earlier this year trademark 'Death of the Fallen' noted. This will probably be the name of the successor, although this has not yet been confirmed. Few details are known about part two, but it is now clear that the game is being developed in Unreal Engine 5.
