Download Macrium Reflect 8.1.7378

Paramount Software has released a new version of Macrium Reflect. This program can create a disk image of a partition or hard drive. In addition to the free version, there are paid performances those different ones extras such as file backup or incremental backup, encryption, and restoring a backup to hardware other than the one on which it was created. Paramount Software has also announced that it will be effective January 1, 2024 quit the free version. Version 8.1.7378 includes the following changes and improvements:

Disk Images

• Some customers have reported a slower backup speed to mechanical HDD. This has been improved.
• Incorrect transfer rates were reported for split file backups where automatic file verification was enabled. This has been resolved.
• Images could fail with ‘unknown error’ if the CPU priority slider was at the lowest or second to lowest setting. This has been resolved.
• When restoring partition(s) to an MBR disk with logical partition(s) at the front of the disk, the extended partition could be incorrectly extended to beyond the start of the next primary partition. This has been resolved.

ServerPlus

• ESENT.dll could cause a program exception when Reflect starts. This has been resolved.
