YouTube is testing the queue feature in its Android and iOS apps. The feature is currently only available to YouTube Premium subscribers. In the future, they will have the option to adjust the order of videos in a queue.

YouTube Premium users can try the feature by opening the YouTube app on Android or iOS and then going to the app’s settings menu. The test for the Queue function can be activated via the ‘Try it out’ submenu. Users can then add a video to a queue by pressing the menu button that appears next to each video. The menu this brings up gives you the option to add the video to a queue.

Once the queue has been created, it will be shown at the bottom of the app. YouTube Premium users appear to be getting the option to change the order of videos in the queue. The queue also includes shuffle and repeat modes. From screenshots that 9to5Google sharesit appears that the test will end on January 28, 2023.

It’s not clear when Google will roll out the feature to all YouTube users using the Android or iOS app.
