The acquisition was announced via a joint press release. Listan reports that it is entering the peripherals market with the acquisition of Mountain. “The peripherals market has above-average growth potential in gaming, streaming and content creation. Furthermore, it has an impressive roadmap of new products that will certainly will have a major impact. With Mountain in our ranks, we can confidently pursue our next goals,” writes Listan CEO Stanislav Minkin.

It is not known what Listan paid for the takeover. It is also not yet clear when the takeover will be completely completed. Mountain was founded in 2018 and has since released the Everest Max keyboard and Makalu 67 gaming mouse. Listan has been around since 2000 and is the owner of be quiet and Xilence.
