OnLeaks shares details of Google Pixel Fold and expected device in May 2023
OnLeaks has shared more details about the upcoming Pixel Fold. Google’s foldable smartphone is said to have a 7.69″ screen on the inside and a 5.79″ screen on the outside, and measures 158.7×139.7×5.7mm. The Pixel Fold should be released in May 2023.
According to OnLeaks the Google Pixel Fold has two hole-punch cameras. The first hole-punch camera would be located at the top center of the outer screen, the second hole-punch camera in the right half of the inner panel. Renders show that the Pixel Fold contains a camera island with three camera sensors and an LED light. The images show that the Pixel Fold has rounded corners. This corresponds to renders of the Pixel Fold that leaker Jon Prosser published in November. Prosser then believed that the Pixel Fold would cost $1,799 and OnLeaks seems to think so too.
According to the leaker, the device will also have a USB-C connection. A 3.5mm jack is missing. The USB-C connector would be at the bottom of the right half of the device when it’s unfolded, and the SIM card slot would be on the left half. According to OnLeaks, the Google Pixel Fold will be available in a white and a black version, and Google will introduce the foldable device in May next year.
