Android users no longer receive emails after Gmail update, Google is working on a fix
Some users report that they no longer receive emails after Gmail’s latest Android update. Google says it is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.
Among other on the Google Play Store and on the other forums many users report that some time after the last Android update of Gmail they no longer receive any emails, or only a limited number. Several users report that the problem occurs with their provider’s email address, but not with a Gmail account. Uninstalling the update and clearing the cache and data would fix the problem.
In response to the many complaints in the review section on the Play Store, Google says it is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.
