MediaMonkey version 2.5.5 build 998 was released yesterday. The program has a long list possibilities; for example, it can play the most common audio files, audio CDs can be ripped to ogg, mp3, flac and wma, tags can be edited or even automatically picked from the Internet, it is not afraid of a collection of more than 50,000 files and can synchronized with a portable music player. The program is available in a free standard version and a $20 Gold version that offers some additional options including being able to burn CDs faster. • 2845 Fixed FLAC tracks not tagged correctly when multiple non-standard metadata blocks are included
• 2863 Fixed Access violation on adding/pasting Album Art via group track properties

MediaMonkey 2.5.5 build 997:

• 2800 Fixed non-MediaMonkey ID3 fields (unicode) are tagged incorrectly
• 2801 Fixed FLAC header not exactly to spec –> compatibility problems with some players
