Video chip manufacturer ATi has new Catalyst drivers released suitable for build 5308 of Windows Vista. The exact changes in this release are not known, but according to rb338, using Catalyst 5308 Aero Glass – the name of Vista’s user interface – could run on the ATi Xpress 200 chipset and solve problems with the Radeon, among others. X800 GTO PCI-E cards are resolved. The new-fangled Catalysts are via this page downloadable and works on both the 32bit and 64bit editions of Windows Vista.
