Download Emby 4.7.6

Version 4.7.6 of Emby Server has been released. This media server for Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, macOS and various nas devices can index and serve content to clients on the same machine, within the local network or over the internet. Until version 3.6 it was open source, but is that no longer. Clients are available for the aforementioned operating systems, but content can also be viewed on iOS, Android, various media players and Google TV, for example. The program is with that comparable with Plex Media Server. Since version 4.7.4 the following changes and improvements have been made:

Changes in Emby version 4.7.6.0:

• Fix regressions related to image extraction
• Support right-to-left display
• Improve the use of internet metadata with recordings
• Improve photo loading performance
• Include activity log database file when vacuuming databases
• Mark all video versions as played when toggling played
• Support shift to multi select
• Change wording of transcoding reasons to be more user friendly
• Improve filter menu indicator
• Add Select None to multi-select lists
• Fix sort by sort title being case sensitive in some views
• Fixes for file names with years at beginning
• Improve dsd/dsf playback over Dlna

Changes in Emby version 4.7.5.0:

• Fix a/v sync regressions with live tv and recordings
• Fix web app subtitle sizes being too small
• Various fixes with new table view feature
