Paul Quinn released beta build 113 of the Quintessential Player today. This audio-focused media player plays mp3, ogg, wav and audio CDs and can also rip the latter. There is also a built-in MP3 encoder and support for streaming audio. In addition, this player is fully skinnable and has an extensive tag editor and CDDB support. Quintessential Player is free and contains no spy or adware. If you really appreciate this program, the maker will really appreciate it if you send him a postcard.
