WordPress released the first update to its weblog script WordPress 3.0 a few days ago, which puts the version number 3.0.1. WordPress is a blogging program that is released under the GPL license. According to the developers, it can be fully operational within five minutes on a computer that already has an installation of PHP and MySQL.
