Download Jalbum 8.12

Version 8.12 of Jalbum was released on Thursday. This program makes it easy to generate and edit professional looking HTML photo albums. In a clean interface, photos can be easily edited, the order can be changed and the appearance of the web page can be determined. If everything is to your liking, the result can be placed on a web page via the built-in ftp client. Because the software is developed in Java, Jalbum is available for a wide range of operating systems. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

News and Updates

• Updated French, Korean and Romanian translations
• Users may now decide if to have film icons added on top of movie thumbnails or not (see album settings->Images->Advanced)
• Updated underlaying component layout library (miglayout-3.7.3.1)

Bug fixes

• Some images would cause nullpointer exception errors in Jalbum’s XMP parser (XMPReader)
• Jalbum’s embedded text editor could end up in a hidden, unreachable state if closed when containing unsaved documents
• The “Pages” settings tab would get an incorrect label when changing language without restarting Jalbum
