Download Mirror’s Edge 1.01

Although the PC version of the game Mirror’s Edge will be released on Friday, developer Digital Illusions CE has already released the first patch. The patch increases the version number of Mirror’s Edge to 1.01 and is available for download on our file server. In Mirror’s Edge you play the role of Faith, who lost her parents at a young age and has been living on the streets ever since. Living on the street has made her proficient in parkours, allowing her to quickly overcome obstacles with fluid movements. Faith wants to rescue her sister from the corrupt government. In this she gets the help of a certain Mercury. DICE only made one improvement, which is related to a possible crash of the game when physx support is enabled:

• Patch 1.0.1 fixes a potential freezing issue some machines might encounter only when PhysX is enabled.
