Amarok is a popular media player for Linux. Since version 2.0 a lot has changed about this player and not everyone is happy with that. There is therefore still a large user base for version 1.4. A group of developers have taken this version and have developed a new media player called Clementine. Clementine is not only developed for Linux, but also for Windows and OS X. The player is characterized by its ease of use, speed and many possibilities. Recently version 1.1 of Clementine was released and it ships with the following changelog:
