Download UltraEdit 170.0.1041

IDM Computer Solutions has released an update for version 17.00 of UltraEdit. This one multifunctional text editor can handle plain ascii text, but hexadecimal files and html files are no problem either. Furthermore, the program has features such as macros, vertical block selection, syntax highlighting, a built-in ftp client and spell checker in various languages. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Issues Fixed in 17.0.1041:

• Corrected FTP/SSH DLL issue causing conflict with other IDM software
• Addressed a couple of installer issues
• Corrected problem with display of toolbar icons on some XP systems
• Corrected temporary freeze/hang with a very large open project

Issues Fixed in 17.0.0.1035:

• Fixed “Comment Remove” only working on fully-selected lines
• Fixed issue where embedded process instructions offset XML tag matching
