For keeping track of all these different passwords, password managers are a godsend. 1Password is one of these, and it is available as a web application and as an app on various platforms such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. AgileBits released a series of new versions a few days ago: 7.0.5 for iOS, 6.8.6 for macOS, 6.8.496 for Windows and 6.7.1 for Android. The lists of changes look like this:

• Corrected a bug that made it impossible to set up syncing with Dropbox.

Version 6.8.6 (build #686004) – macOS

• iCloud sync has been reimplemented using Apple’s native iCloud framework.

Fixed

• Fixed an issue that would prevent you from viewing an attachment more than once. {OPM-5624}
• Quick Look windows now close when 1Password is locked. {OPM-1827}
• When fetching rich icons 1Password will not request icons for items with invalid URLs.

Version 6.8.496 (build #496) – Windows

Improvements

• Compatibility fix for the upcoming version of Microsoft Edge. {OPW-1796}

Fixed

• Updating an existing Login item via Autosave didn’t save the field IDs needed for 1Password extension’s filling accuracy. {OPW-1520}
