PassMark Software has released version 9.1 of Memtest86. With this program, the internal memory can be rigorously tested to reveal any problems. Memtest86 was developed by Chris Bradly in 1994 and at the beginning of 2000 the perhaps even more famous Memtest86 + was created as a fork, which often leads to confusion. Since 2013, it has been owned by PassMark Software and is available in a free and paid format performance.
