ASUS introduces ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab wireless gaming mouse weighing 54 grams

ASUS brings a new wireless gaming mouse to the ROG series. The ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition weighs 54 grams and gets a ROG AimPoint optical sensor that supports up to 36,000 dpi. It is not known when exactly the mouse will be released or what it will cost.

ASUS introduces the ROG Harpe Ace mouse at the CES show in Las Vegas. The company produces the mouse in collaboration with the developers of fps training software Aim Lab. According to the manufacturer, the ROG Harpe Ace gaming mouse is intended for e-sports.

The mouse features a ROG AimPoint sensor, which the company makes in collaboration with PixArt. It has a resolution of 100 to 36,000 dpi and can handle accelerations of up to 50G. The ROG Harpe Ace also has a polling rate of 1000Hz. The left and right mouse buttons both feature a mechanical ROG switch that should provide a lifespan of 70 million mouse clicks.

The mouse works wirelessly via a 2.4 GHz connection, bluetooth or a USB-C cable, which is also used to charge the mouse. According to ASUS, the battery life is up to 90 hours without RGB LEDs, or 70 hours with the standard lighting settings. The 2.4 GHz connection is used for this; with a bluetooth connection, the mouse lasts a few hours longer. The ROG Harpe Ace also has a symmetrical design. However, since the mouse only has side buttons on one side, it is not intended for left-handers.

The mouse is 127.5mm long, 63.7mm wide, 39.5mm high and weighs 54 grams. The ROG Harpe Ace features an integrated RGB LED in the scroll wheel, which can be customized via the Armory Crate software. It also allows users to calibrate their sensor for use with their mouse pad and adjust other settings.
