Download AIMP 3.55 build 1355

An update for version 3.55 of the media player AIMP has been released. This free Russian-made lightweight media player has support for the most popular music formats. The appearance is somewhat like Winamp and can be adjusted by means of skins. AIMP has an 18-channel equalizer on board and supports plugins. Furthermore, the program can rip CDs, convert music files and edit tags. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

Changes:

• Audio Library: The “Add to AIMP’s playlist” menu item has been added to the context menu for grouping tree

Fixed:

• Common – tray icon flashes during program startup
• Common – application hangs in some cases when trying to add corrupted files in OGG format
• Common – Files from the Windows Explorer were not added to the list at start of application
• Sound Engine incorrectly identifies a list of supported formats for some device types
• Playlists Manager – an ability to set unsupported file as pre-image via drag-n-drop operation
• Playlist – item with URL cannot be sent into other playlist via context menu
• Skin Engine – skin settings are resets after restart the application
• Skin engine – new name of playlist is not updated in the PlaylistBox skin element
• Skin Engine – an error occurs in some cases when trying to undock the mini player from screen edge via drag-n-drop
