The status of the disruptions to Adobe’s payment service, which occur worldwide, can be seen on a service page from the software manufacturer. For example, there are problems with the user account service, Creative Cloud products cannot be upgraded or purchased, and the Download Center is not working.

The problems on Creative Cloud arose after the website read that maintenance was being performed. The website IT Pro Portal boasts of some of its readers learned that Adobe customer service will allow at least 24 hours to resolve the malfunction.

Despite the worldwide outage of several Creative Cloud services, subscribers can still use the various packages, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro. Whether Adobe will compensate customers for the outage is not yet clear.
