Foxit Software has updated Foxit Reader to version 3.1.3 build 1030. This program is an alternative to Adobe Reader. It handles most PDF documents very well, but complex or very large documents can sometimes be a little too much of a challenge. But it is certainly a godsend for computers with limited resources.
