Download MozBackup 1.5 Beta 1

Pavel Cvrcek has released the first beta release of MozBackup 1.5.0. This program is intended to backup the profiles and data of Firefox, Thunderbird, Seamonkey, Mozilla Suite and Netscape. MozBackup securely stores the data of e-mail, bookmarks, contacts, passwords and other settings. Although the changelog makes no mention of it, support for Mozilla Firefox 4.0 has been added in version 1.5. Pavel also said that the final of MozBackup will be released before the final of Firefox 4.0.

• Fix: Better backup of large profiles (>4 GB).
• Fix: Problem with message “Zip file could not be opened”.
