Download Mozilla Thunderbird 3.1.9

Things are not going well for the Mozilla Foundation this week. First, it had to come out with a new version of Firefox quickly, due to issues with some Java applets. It now appears that the Thunderbird e-mail program also contains a so-called showstopper. In some cases, the program could crash immediately after startup, and a solution has been released in the form of version 3.1.9.

What’s New in Thunderbird 3.1.9

Thunderbird 3.1.9 fixes the following issues in Thunderbird 3.1.8:

• Prevents a crash after update, that is affecting some users.
