Download SmartFTP 4.0 build 1243

Smartsoft has released version 4.0 build 1243 of its ftp client SmartFTP. SmartFTP is a very extensive ftp client. It includes support for secure connections via tls and ssl, server-to-server communication via fxp, error checking via xcrc, and various nat and upnp environments. The program is available in the flavors Home, Professional and Ultimate. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Changes in version 4.0 build 1243:

• Favorites: Improved import for CuteFTP 8.x

Changes in version 4.0 build 1242:

• Windows 8 CP: New status bar in browsers. Corrected position of details panel.
• SmartFTP must be activated with a serial. Request Lost Serial

Changes in version 4.0 build 1241:

• Windows 8 CP: New details pane / preview in browsers
• Fix: Favorites: Import of legacy favorites
