Download Rainmeter 2.3 r1334 beta

Another new beta release of version 2.3 of Rainmeter has been released. This program can display all kinds of useful and less useful information on the desktop in real time, such as free hard drive space, network activity and whether there is new email. Functional applets can also be used to, for example, make notes or send tweets. New in version 2.3 is the framework with which the plugins are created. This includes improved performance and new functionality, such as dynamic variables. Since build 1304, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Changes:

• AdvancedCPU.dll: Plugin now supports dynamic variables.
• Win7AudioPlugin.dll: Plugin now supports dynamic variables.
• WifiStatus.dll: Plugin now supports dynamic variables.

Fixed:

• Manage Themes: Fixed a problem with selecting theme name from list in some cases.
• NowPlaying.dll: Fixed negative duration issue with Winamp.
• NowPlaying.dll: Fixed that SHUFFLE, REPEAT, and VOLUME were not reset on player shutdown.

2.3 beta r1320

Changes:

• Updated the 24×24 resolution Rainmeter tray icon.
• FolderInfo plugin: Added support for dynamic Folder= and fixed a memory leak issue.

Fixed:

• Fixed issue with the initial update of a skin returning zero for measures.
