Download Google Picasa 3.8 build 117.41

Google has released an update for Picasa 3.8. Picasa, which is available for Windows and Mac OS X, makes it easy to manage, edit and put photos online. The program offers options for straightening the horizon, adjusting the contrast and making a crop, among other things. There is also face recognition, which makes it possible, for example, to quickly show all photos that contain a specific person.

New in version 3.8 is, among other things, the possibility to movie of a particular person’s face. Furthermore, photos can now be edited online with Picnik and an assignment can be created that uploads, edits or deletes several photos at once. Google hasn’t updated its release notes yet; so we can’t say anything about the changes in this release.
