Download Firmware Ricoh GR Digital III 2.30

Ricoh has for his GR Digital III– digital cameras released new firmware with version number 2.30. These cameras have a 10 megapixel 1/1.7″ CCD image sensor and a digital zoom of 4x. The corresponding list of changes is as follows:

Version 2.30:

Add the following enhanced features. The detailed information is available in a PDF document .

• [New focus option : Subject Tracking AF]
  The Subject Tracking AF has been added into the focus options.
• [New option : AF/Subj. Track] in Set Fn button
  [AF/Subj.Track] option can be assigned to the Fn1 button / Fn2 button.
• [ADJ. Lever setting changes] for the SCENE modes
  Items set for ADJ. Lever Setting 1 ~ 4 can be accessed in the SCENE modes.
• [New option : Area Measured for Manual WB]
  With this option, the area measured for manual white balance can be selected from [Spot] or [Entire frame].
• [Electronic Level indicator]
  The electronic level displays during self-timer working.

Modified the following items.

• The ‘Exif_JPEG_PICTURE’ had been automatically input in the title field for exif tag in images, the value is no longer input in the title field.
