Download Zarafa Collaboration Platform 7.1.0 Release Candidate 1

Zarafa can be seen as an open source counterpart to Microsoft Exchange Server, and is thus able to handle e-mail, calendar and webmail functions. In addition, it offers a full MAPI stack, which allows a Microsoft Outlook client to communicate by using a plug-in. For more information, please refer to this page. The developers have released the first release candidate of version 7.1.0 and provided the following announcement with list of changes:

Dear Zarafa users,

We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of ZCP 7.1.0 RC1. All feature development is complete, and the RC1 is to be considered as final form of 7.1.0. The planning and development now switches to final optimizations and load simulations as well as further documentation improvements. It is vital to receive community feedback from installs based on the supported platforms, but also complementary platforms are more than welcome. With this RC1 the former subscription keys of 7.0 may still be used, this will be altered for RC2. An evaluation key can be requested via the main www.Zarafa.com website. Community testers providing good feedback shall receive personal subscription keys for the 7.1 series afterwards.
