Download Directory Opus 10.1.0.0
GPSoftware has released version 10.1.0.0 of its file manager Directory Opus. This program is in a way similar to Total Commander, but much more extensive. Directory Opus once debuted on the Commodore Amiga platform, where it was particularly popular in the early 1990s. In 1994, developer Jonathan Potter teamed up with Greg Perry and GPSoftware has been releasing the program ever since.
Directory Opus is versatile and extremely configurable, which is also the biggest problem, because the program can certainly seem complex to novice users. Directory Opus runs on Windows XP and above and is available in 32bit and 64bit versions. The program can be tested for 60 days; after that, a license of 85 Australian dollars has to be purchased, which amounts to about 70 euros. For version 10.1 the test period has been reset, so whoever tried it before can now try again for 60 days. The release notes for version 10.1.0.0 can be found below.
