Insomniac is working on Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales for the PlayStation 5

The PlayStation 5 gets a new Spider-Man game The game is once again being developed by first-party studio Insomniac Games, known for PlayStation games Spyro, Ratchet & Clank and Resistance.

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales revolves around the character Miles Morales, who is also the subject of the animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. However, Morales was also already in the Spider-Man game that came out in 2018 for the PlayStation 4.

The game will in any case be released on the PlayStation 5, Sony announced during its Future of Gaming Show. However, the game is not said to be exclusive to this console, but Insomniac is a Sony property, which makes a release on a Nintendo or Microsoft console very unlikely.

It’s not the first time developer Insomniac has ventured into this franchise. In 2018, it released Marvel’s Spider-Man, also exclusive to the PlayStation.
