New Tales from the Borderlands Interactive Story Coming October 21

Gearbox reports that New Tales from the Borderlands will be released on October 21. The release date was leaked earlier this month, but now it has been confirmed by Gearbox itself during the gamescom trade show. The game will be released for the current console generation and PC.

The game was announced last April during the PAX East game conference. Then it was reported that it would be released later this year. Earlier this month, information about the release date leaked. Amazon accidentally had a pre-order page is online, which featured the date and box art. Now Gearbox itself has confirmed that the game will be released on October 21.

New Tales from the Borderlands is a sequel to Tales from the Borderlands, which was released in 2014. The new game follows other characters and has a new story. As with its predecessor, players must decide the fate of the characters. The game will be released for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation consoles and Xbox consoles.
