The front camera has been upgraded and now also has a resolution of 12 megapixels, at a size of approximately 14 square millimeters and an optical size of 1/2.9″. The device is focused on live streaming and users can view the image on a external monitor.

The battery has a capacity of 5000mAh and wired charging can be done with 30W. Sony guarantees a sufficient capacity of the battery for three years. The software will receive three years of security updates and two major firmware upgrades to new Android versions.
