The second release candidate of version 1.0 of nLite has just been released. With this program a custom-build Windows 2000, XP or 2003 installation CD can be created. For example, service packs and critical patches, such as the RyanVM post SP2 updates, can be slipstreamed. In addition, unnecessary components can be removed and drivers and programs can be added. Afterwards, the whole can be written to an ISO file, which can then be burned as a self-starting CD or DVD. The changelog for this release shows the following changes:
