Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool is a program that downloads official installation file ISOs for Windows versions 7 through 10 including Insider Previews and Office versions 2007 through 2016. In the program a Windows or Office version must be selected, then the desired language and then links to the correct files on the Microsoft website are looked up. The program was developed in .Net and the download is only a few hundred kilobytes in size. The changelog of the last few versions looks like this:
