Download Shotcut 19.07.15

Shotcut is a comprehensive open source and cross platform video editing program for Windows, Linux and macOS. It uses FFmpeg and therefore has support for the most common audio and video formats. The files are not imported, but are edited in their original format. It can handle multiple tracks and a mix of formats and resolutions can be used within a project. Version 19.07.15 of Shotcut has been released with the following changes and improvements:

• Changed Average Bitrate for libopus audio codec to set vbr to constrained.
• Changed Crop: Source to use the source clip’s resolution as maximum for parameters.
• Changed the Convert to Edit-friendly and Reverse “better” option from ProRes to DNxHR, which is faster.
• Changed the Convert to Edit-friendly and Reverse “best” option from FFV1 to Ut Video, which is faster.
