Databases sometimes contain billions of data points. Digging through it is a hell of a job. Of course there is a search function, but it does require you to enter a keyword that then returns in the data. But what if you want an answer to a question? Then you have nothing to do with a keyword. The search function doesn’t know what to do with all the questions.
