Download NOD32 2.7 RC1

The developers of ESET from the Slovak Republic have released the first release candidate of NOD32 2.7. In addition to viruses, this antivirus program can also detect spyware, adware and trojans and even protect you against known phishing attacks on the Internet. This release candidate improves support for Microsoft Vista, both 32- and 64-bit, as detailed in the list of changes below:

This release contains the following changes from the previous beta test release version (v2.70.09):

• Fixed issue with NOD32 On-Demand Scanner closing under Windows Vista
• Fixed issue with IMON that prevented Scheduler services from starting under Windows Vista
• In the Access Monitor (AMON) module, there is now one option for moving infected files to quarantine
