Samsung site showed Galaxy S20 with case with LEDs

On a Samsung website there has been a product page of the Samsung Galaxy S20 including an LED cover for some time. This is a case in which LEDs are incorporated that can display symbols or count down when taking photos.

The publication on the German Samsung site was noticed by WinFuture and confirms the name and design of Samsung’s Galaxy S20. A lot of information about the device is already known, as previously published specifications and renders. The page has since been removed.

The case is referred to as a Samsung Galaxy S20 LED Cover. The images show dozens of dots, which may be individual LEDs. According to the description of the accessories, the LED case can be used to display a ‘starry sky’, or to display various symbols.

It seems that the intention is that users can customize the appearance of the case. The LEDs could also be used to provide notifications about incoming phone calls. Samsung will present the Galaxy S20 devices at its own event on February 11.
