Download XviD 1.1.0 beta 2

On Doom9 falls too read that the developers behind XviD have released the second beta of version 1.1.0 of their open source video codec. As usual, only the source code for Download made available, however at the moment the website seems somewhat overloaded. This version is both API and ABI compatible with the previous beta release, so it can be used with current 1.0.x client applications. Below are all the changes from the first beta release:

• Fixed bug in GMC, and Cartoon modes.
• Improved VBV support
• Improved compliance with DivX profiles.
• Added MPEG de/quantizer PPC support.
• Minor fixes for PPC colorspace functions.
• Improved Low bit rate quality.
• Fixed x86_64 interlaced support.
• Minor Motion Estimation Adjustments.

VFW front end

• Improved compliance with DivX profiles.

DShow frontend

• Fixed resource leaks
