Skype has just updated the Windows version of the popular VoIP program of the same name to version 2.5.0.137. You can talk to other users of this program for free via Skype. A subscription can also be taken out (SkypeOut), so that calls to fixed and mobile numbers are possible. For the real die-hards it is also possible to buy a telephone number (SkypeIn) so that a Skype user can be called from a landline or mobile phone. Version 2.5.0.137 has been released to fix some minor bugs:
