Download Firmware HP iPaq hx4700 2.01

Hewlett-Packard has released a new ROM for its iPaq hx4700 PDA, giving it 2.01 as the version number. For more information about the iPaq hx4700, we refer you to the pages of Hewlett-Packard, The Gadgeteer and Mobility Guru. The included list of changes looks like this:

Version 2.01:

• Fixes issue where certain CompactFlash (CF) memory cards and I/O cards do not respond.
• Improve’s performance.

IMPORTANT:

The RUU is designed to replace the current ROM image and to erase the partnership and all user data and programs on the handheld. It is important to read and understand the information in the Readme file that is included with this update BEFORE installing the package.
