Download Avant Browser 2012 Beta 2
The development of version 2012 of Avant Browser has now reached the beta stage. This web browser does not stand alone, but uses the Trident engine from Internet Explorer and adds extra functionality to it, including autofilling forms and saving your profile online, so you can access your bookmarks, RSS feeds and settings. Avant Browser can use the Tridentengine of Internet Explorer and from version 2012 you can also use the geckoengine from Firefox 8. the changelog of this release looks like this:

- Using the latest Firefox 8.0 beta 1 engine.
- Using SQLite process favicons, much faster on system that running anti-virus software.
- Fixed sometime missing cursor in Gecko engine.
- Fixed a bug of zoom web page in Gecko engine
- Fixed a bug or proxy in Gecko engine
- Fixed a bug of saving AutoFill
- Fixed a bug of IE plugin toolbars
- Fixed the context menu of tray icon may show under taskbar
- Added options to open AutoFills on startup
- Added context menu to AutoFill Edit Form
- Added confirmation options to Close Tabs on the Left/Right
- Some other internal fixes/improvements.
