Download GetRight Pro 6.3a

Headlight Software has updated its download manager GetRight to version 6.3a. This program has a number of features to make downloading files faster and easier. Downloading the same file from different sources at the same time, if possible, allows the amount of available bandwidth to be used as optimally as possible. Furthermore, it also has the ability to download BitTorrent files and podcasts, and downloaded music files can be automatically added to playlists in iTunes or Windows Media Player. Version 6.3a comes with a new installer, several improvements related to use under Windows Vista and a large number of minor changes:

Changes in GetRight 6.3a:

• Switching to use InnoSetup for the installer.
• Fixed GetRight Browser so HTTPS browsing is done right.
• Fixed some RapidShare downloading things.
• Some Linux and newer file types that should have sent URLs to FindFiles/FileMirrors weren’t (.rpm .7z)
• Fixed : colon character in podcast filenames causing problems.
• Some FileMirrors->FindFiles text changes.
• Real DEP fix for Vista.
• Added registry setting to hide the tray icon button.
• Added “wife request”, a prompt the first time to ask about skipping the Save As window.
• Added caching for tray Icons to avoid leaks and be faster.
• Fix so “add sequence of URLs” doesn’t crash if Start equals Finish.
• Fix crash when using ServerSync.
• Added WhenAllDone.GRM script option; to be run when Automatic mode has finished everything.
• Fixed crash if tried to run a file from the History that had been deleted.
• Fix some text highlighting for FindFiles menus.
• Fix URLs added by scripts not refreshing the Download Status
• Added so R-click on header lets you choose Download Status columns
