Download Driver For Wacom Mac OS X 6.05-2(RC)

Wacom has released a release candidate of its new drivers with the version designation 6.05-2 for Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later. The drivers support several Wacom products, including the Intuos1, Intuos2, Intuos3, Graphire, Graphire2, CintiqPartner, and Cintiq. The list of changes includes added support for Mac OS X “Leopard” and looks like this:

Wacom implemented the following changes and improvements for this driver release:

• Support for the latest beta version of OS X v.10.5 (Leopard) was added.
• This driver supports only the professional tablets listed above. For concurrent use of a consumer Wacom tablet, you need to install a separate Pen Tablet driver, version 5.03 or later. These two drivers can be added or removed independently of each other.
• A number of smaller issues were resolved as well.

This release candidate (RC) has passed the Wacom-internal QA cycle and is scheduled for release to manufacturing on September 24. If users of this driver find significant issues, Wacom will seek to fix them and post a revised release candidate for this driver version .
