Download FTD 3.8

The folks at FTD have released a new version of Fill Threads Database in the form of 3.8. The update can be done via this page downloaded from different servers and takes up approximately 2.21 megabytes as a zip file. Using FTD, users can point out to each other what binaries can be found in the newsgroups. It is also possible to respond to each other’s posts and, if necessary, to rate the relevant post. Although FTD 3.8 has just been released, Binaries4all already has a how-to put online. This manual describes the options and how FTD works. Unfortunately, the developers have not disclosed a changelog of the new 3.8 release. They did, however, write the following description of FTD:

FTD is a program that belongs to the community of the same name. With the help of this program, people let each other know what they post on Usenet where and when, or let them know that there is a nice post on Usenet right now. In addition, it is possible in this program to respond to each other’s posts and, for example, to request fills or reposts from the poster (the original intention of FTD). In short, a program where you can find many usenet posts and have direct contact with the poster.[break]
