The Chinese manufacturer Huami has presented the Amazfit Neo, a smartwatch without a touchscreen and with an 80s look. The watch does not have a touchscreen and has a monochrome LCD.
The monochrome screen has a diagonal of 1.2 “and an unknown resolution in a housing of 40x41mm in size and 11.7mm thick. The watch has a heart rate monitor and various other sensors, but GPS is missing. The 32g clock should be approximately last four weeks on a single charge, thanks to the built-in 180mAh battery.
The software, its own operating system, is controlled by the four buttons. The screen has a backlight that can be activated with movement. The backlight can also be turned on with a button. Huami’s Amazfit watches are known for the Bip series, in which the Bip S appeared at the beginning of this year. Watches in that series usually cost around 70 euros, the Neo can be found in Huami’s web store on AliExpress for 50 dollars.
