Download UltraEdit 15.0.0.1046

IDM Computer Solutions has released a hotfix for its multifunctional text editor UltraEdit, bringing the version number to 15.0.0.1046. UltraEdit can handle regular ascii text, but also hexadecimal and html files are no problem. It also has features such as macros, vertical block selection, syntax highlighting, a built-in ftp client and spell checker in various languages. In version 15.00, among other things, the user interface has been refreshed, the web search toolbar has been improved and it is easier to update the program. The following issues have been addressed in the now released hotfix:

• Added full file path to “Save changes to” dialog for long/FTP filenames
• With file tabs disabled, Alt+Up/Down arrow now scrolls through “Open Files” list in order
• Restored support for customized Windows font sizes in menus
• Fixed a couple of function list issues
• Fixed a couple of issues with Find in Files results
• Fixed issue with C/C++ function list with < and > characters
• Fixed inconsistency when canceling a close to an unsaved file
• Fixed Ctrl+H hex mode/”insert literal” conflict
• Fixed issue where exiting full screen mode deactivates file tabs
• Fixed issue where file tab position changes after modification/save
• Fixed a couple of display issues when switching between files
• Fixed URL in “Check for Updates” dialog
• Fixed “NextWindow” and “PrevWindow” working in reverse in scripts/macros
