The developers of Red Alert 3 have released a new patch. Version 1.10 is from this server download and takes up over 257MB. The patch is a minor update considering the changelog: the only thing that improves this hefty patch, which also includes the previous updates, is a network issue playing the game on computers without an internet connection:
