Video presumably shows dual screen smartphone with tilting screen from LG
A video has appeared in which a dual screen smartphone with a tilting screen can be seen. It would be the LG Wing, which was rumored before. The device would have a 6.8 “screen with a 4” second screen and a 1: 1 ratio.
The video, which was put online by Android Authority, shows a phone with an extra screen on the side. Earlier, a render of the LG Wing appeared, showing the same construction. In that render, the second screen is placed at the bottom, but the video shows that the screen can also be used as an extension on the right.
In the movie, the primary screen is used for navigation and the second display to control music. The tilt mechanism cannot be seen in action. It would be possible to rotate the second screen so that the two parts together form a flat whole.
The video does not provide new details about the phone. According to previous rumors, the device will get a Qualcomm Snapdragon-soc from the 700 series with 5g, presumably the Snapdragon 765G. It is not yet clear when the folding phone with an extra screen will be released. LG has not yet officially announced anything about the Wing.
